This picture from The Star newspaper recently conveys the sense of desperation and anger mounting amongst the South African working class. Non-delivery has reached epidemic proportions and the people are not having it as the wave of strikes currently ravaging the country bear testament to.

Voter Lesson #1 - "If your party of choice is not delivering...vote for another party that just might!"

It's not rocket science, but the failure of the public to grasp this single bit of voter common sense seems to be the root cause of the current levels of civil exasperation. What say you about the service delivery strikes and whatnot? Justified? Unnecessary? Too much anger? Government response too brutal?
