Gymnast Naveen Daries Joins Caitlin Rooskrantz on Team-SA for Tokyo Olympics in July Featured

For the First Time Ever South Africa will have two entrants in Artistic Gymnastics competing at an Olympic Games. The pair will be competing at this year's Tokyo Olympics after Naveen Daries qualified for the Games, which is scheduled from 23 July to 8 August.
Naveen ensured her qualification at the 15th Individual African Gymnastics Championships in Cairo on Thursday and will join team-mate Caitlin Rooskrantz in Japan. Caitlin Rooskrantz had already in October 2019 qualified for the Olympics.
Gymnastics South Africa announced tthe exciting news in a Tweet saying:

Congratulations Naveen!
Team SA's Naveen Daries has snapped up a qualification spot for the Olympic Games! For the first time ever, we have two Women's Artistic Gymnasts qualify to go to the Olympics!

Naveen Celebrated in Style by having a photo taken of her performing a magnifficent gymnastics move in front of the Egyptian Pyramids.
Gymnastics South Africa weeted the photo saying: 

That feeling when you've qualified for the Tokyo Olympics!

South African and African gymnastics champion, Caitlin Rooskrantz had already in October 2019 booked her ticket to the 2020 Olympics!

Competing at the 2019 Artistic World Championships in Germany, Caitlin qualified for the 2020 Olympic Games by scoring 49.466 on all apparatus.
The 2020 Tokyo Olympics was eventually moved to 2021 due to the Global Covid 19 Pandemic. Congratulated Caitin in a Facebook Post
