Zelna Jansen not only looks at what drew her personal anger at the proposal from KZNH structures of the ANC calling for the exclusion of Coloured (and Indian) persons from BBBEE, but unlike most of us... the statement touched a raw nerve and made many of us angry... as a lawyer she felt compelled to make an argument based on facts and not on emotions and gives us her objective reasoning as to why The Call for The Exclusion of Coloureds from BBBEE is Unconstitutional.

On 23 August 2017 the Kullid Foundation has addressed an open letter to the Government of The Republic of South Africa regarding the way the Grace Mugabe assault on Gabriella Engels is being handled ...or rather about the fact that it is Not being handled.

WE THE PEOPLE must not be fooled into fear mongering of those spreading bad news, as the news. GOOD PEOPLE ARE THE MAJORITY throughout the world, but we are being made to feel hopeless in the face of the selective negative news coverage globally. I work in some of these communities where the drug dealers and gangsters get more coverage than the good majority and young people look up to these well marketed few, while disrespecting their own hard working parents and family members, who seldom get coverage.

We first decided to bring it to the masses attention to encourage a POSITIVE POSTER DAY.
On the 30th May (next Monday) we plan to run this same project for a WEEK and encourage a POSITIVE
